This is a case of one of our customers in GHANA who used a mezzanine floor to store finished Multi-SKU Product.
Since the load capacity requirement is 800kg per square meter, we recommended the mezzanine floor with medium duty pallet racking for the customer,
which will help the customer to save more cost compared to the structural steel mezzanine.
When designing the mezzanine Racking, considering that the customer add motorized lift to push the heavy or bulk item to higher level.
we reserved the loading port at the second floor parapet to replace the cargo lifting platform,
so that the customer can access the ladder or lift to move various of products.
This once again saved the cost for the customer, and the customer expressed his appreciation for our ONE-STOP Solution.
